General

Upon registration, you will be prompted to sync your contacts. If your friend is not yet registered, you may also invite them by sending them a message from the app.

You can email us at team@real.co or send us a message through the “Contact Us” button in your profile. We will try to accommodate you as soon as possible.

Go to your profile, click the “...” on the top right corner then “Settings”. Once on the Settings page, click on the Push Notifications and make sure it is “On”.

Choose the listing then click the “...” then “Report & Block” and choose the appropriate reason. We will do an investigation and get back to you.

The blue tick next to Agent’s name is an indicator that the Agent has submitted requirements and our Team has verified their professional capacity.

You would have access to everyone who likes your posts as well as your followers. Once the chat is accepted, you will be able to start chatting.

Account

Yes. When you go to your profile, it is on the top, right below your name.

To switch to an Agent account, you must have at least 1 active Listing on your page.

 

Submit a verification request with supporting documents (driver’s license, real estate license, or business card). We will review your request and verify your account within 30 days from the requested date when complete documents have been submitted. If incomplete or the document submitted does not meet the criteria, we will contact you through our chat. If your request is rejected, you need to wait for another 30 days to reapply. To keep your verified status, you need to have at least one active listing and charges may apply.

Yes. Once you have posted a listing, you will automatically be switched to an Agent account.

Please be reminded that once an account has been deleted, you will lose all conversations and listings you have posted. If you wish to continue to delete your account, you can do so in Settings.

Signing up & Approval

To apply to be a verified Agent, you need to upload the requirements (Driver’s license, Real Estate Agent ID, or a business card). If you have done all these and are still unable to proceed, please email us at  and we will assist you as soon as we can.

The phone number is a unique identifier that helps us strengthen our security protocols, making sure your account is securely protected.

Ensure that all requirements are met and that you have at least 1 active listing.

You can simply add a listing. Once uploaded, you can request to become an Agent and submit requirements to have the verified badge.

As long as you have all the necessary information, you can immediately become an Agent. However, to be a verified Agent, the approval time can take up to 30 days.

You can change your number on Settings. Please take note that you won’t be able to undo any changes afterward.

Add/Editing Listings

No. Anyone can repost a listing.

Yes. Click the “+” button, search for the MLS#, click “add post” then “import post”. Rate the property’s Value for Money, Quality of Home, and Quality of Location then click “Continue” and add a description. Can edit Descriptions, if needed. After reviewing, click “Market Post”. Remember: buyers are only able to repost listings from the Market Post.

Click the “+” button then click “New post”. Make sure that the listing belongs to you (refer to our Content Quality Policy). After filling in the information click Publish Now.

Simply go to your profile, click on the listing you wish to edit, then click “...” then Edit. Only the description and the Post Type can be edited.

A complete address is NOT a must as long as we can authenticate listings and maintain content quality. Each listing posted must include at least a street-level address. If we cannot verify a listing with an incomplete address, we may remove the listing at any time, without warning.

No, there isn’t.

A minimum of 6 and a maximum of 60 photos and or videos can be added to a listing. The length of each video should not exceed 60 secs.

No. But please make sure that you follow our guidelines under the Content Quality Policy when posting photos and or videos.

Videos

Video posting is currently available to Agents only. Other users do not have access to this app feature.

Yes. you can trim your videos on your desired part before uploading them.

Yes, you can upload your videos onto the platform by clicking the upload video button instead of the record video button and then selecting the video from your mobile device’s internal storage. The video must be 60 seconds, however, if it exceeds 60 seconds the platform gives you the option to trim the video to the desired length. To do this, you must give Real Messenger access to your Photo Album.

Music

Yes. However, you must ensure that you have all the necessary clearances to use that music.

Communication

Yes. On the profile page of all users, there is a Chat button that you can press to chat with them directly. Please remember to be polite and professional at all times.

Yes. Choose the post you wish to share and then click the Share button, then “Share Post”. 

No. However, you can turn off the notifications.

RealMoment

A feature that allows Agents to share up to 15-second long videos and or photos on their profile.

Not at the moment. However, we are already working on phase 2 of this feature. So stay tuned!

Yes, you can upload your videos as a RealMoment by clicking the upload video button instead of the record video button and then selecting the video from your mobile device’s internal storage. To do this, you must give Real Messenger access to your Photo Album.

Currently, only Agents are allowed to post RealMoment. Other users do not have access to this app feature.

Each RealMoment is only 15 seconds long.

You can upload up to 100 photos and or videos within 30 days. If you exceed your limit, you may delete old ones to make room for new ones. Your RealMoment will automatically disappear after 30 days. 

Yes!

SoldFor Listings

SoldFor listings are listings that have already been sold and are no longer available in the Market. This can help you build your portfolio and show what you’ve sold.

Pricing

The app is FREE. However, Real Messenger reserves the right to start charging or to revise fee amounts at any time, at its sole discretion.

Privacy

For you to experience all the features of the app as how they’re intended, we encourage you to provide at least your approximate location. If you do not allow any location access, the home page may show just random listings. The search page will also show you trending properties in the global market, however, you may still search for properties in any area, by adding the address in the property search field.

1)People you share and communicate with
When you share and communicate using our Services, you choose the audience who can see what you share. In some cases, people you share and communicate with may download or re-share this content with others on and off our Services.

 

2) People that see content that others share about you
Other people may use our Services to share content about you with their chosen audience. For example, people may share a profile of you with others inside or outside of the app.
